Pricing
You pay by the size of what you manage, like M-PESA tariffs: a fixed monthly fee for the band your rent roll falls in. From KES 200 a month, with a 14-day setup period and free setup by our team.
Landlords and agencies: by monthly rent roll
Your rent roll is the monthly rent of your let houses and units (water, garbage and other charges aren't counted).

Agencies managing other owners' properties pay their band × 1.5 (owner statements, commission and agent logins included).
Selling plots or houses: by instalment accounts
Plots or houses sold on instalments and still being paid off. Fully paid sales stop counting.

If you both let and sell, you pay both bands.

Pay yearly: 12 months for the price of 10.
Pay by M-PESA or bank. Your band is worked out from your figures when you renew.
Credits pay for extras: PDFs, SMS and verified leads (KES 5 each, some included every month).
Your tenants' and buyers' money goes straight to your paybill or bank: we never hold it.
